Throughout the retreat you will engage in various types of yoga asana, such as Ashtanga Primary series (modified), Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative. Each practise will include pranayama and meditation to provide you with a full sadhana. Resources will also be provided through Google Drive, so that you can carry on these new yogic tools once the retreat has ended.
Each day, you’ll be exposed to the wonders of Indian culture, nature and life! Your expert guide will be the wonderful, lively and kind hearted Chhape Ram. Chhape has dedicated his life to organising and delivering trekking throughout India, and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area. Before lunch, we will have an orientation about the retreat, where you will be provided with all the information you need. That afternoon you’ll have your first yoga class in the shala, practising asana, pranayama and meditation.
